They are called Player Manual 1 and Court Order For Transportation. Note: There are 2 Files by default in your inventory at the beginning of the game, so they are unmissable. After you fight Proto Tyrant the first time, you get access to the elevator which has 4 floors, the 1st one takes you back to the train wreck, from there you can go back to the facility! But there might be more enemies in certain areas. That said, there might be a difficult way to get back to the train if you’re already at the end of the game. Notably the files are in the train area, because you cannot get back here later. But there are a few files that are missable.
